The STM32H745IIK6 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, based on the Arm® Cortex®-M7 and Cortex®-M4 dual-core architecture. The Cortex-M7 core runs up to 480MHz and the Cortex-M4 core up to 240MHz, both featuring Floating Point Units (FPU) and DSP instruction support. It integrates up to 2MB of Flash memory and 1MB of SRAM, housed in a compact 176+25 UFBGA package (10x10mm). The device supports a wide supply voltage range of 1.62V to 3.6V and operates from -40°C to +85°C. It is equipped with rich peripherals including multiple 16-bit ADCs, 12-bit DACs, advanced timers, Ethernet MAC, CAN FD interfaces, and an LCD-TFT controller.
