The MAX2870ETJ+T is an ultra-wideband phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer from Analog Devices (ADI) / Maxim Integrated, featuring integrated voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) and supporting both integer-N and fractional-N modes. It is capable of synthesizing frequencies from 23.5MHz to 6.0GHz while maintaining superior phase noise and spurious performance. Housed in a 5mm x 5mm, 32-pin TQFN package, it operates from a 3.0V to 3.6V supply across a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. The device provides dual differential output drivers, independently programmable for -4dBm to +5dBm output power, making it ideal for high-performance RF applications including wireless infrastructure, test and measurement, satellite communications, and clock generation.
