The MKW36A512VHT4 is an ultra-low-power, highly integrated single-chip wireless MCU from NXP’s Kinetis W series, featuring a Bluetooth® 5.0 and generic FSK radio transceiver. It is built around a 48MHz ARM Cortex-M0+ core with 512KB of Flash (with ECC) and 64KB of SRAM, supporting up to 8 concurrent BLE connections. Housed in a 64-VFLGA package (7x7mm), it operates from 1.71V to 3.6V, with receive current of 6.3mA and transmit current of 5.7mA (at 0dBm), maximum output power of +5dBm, and sensitivity of -95dBm (1Mbps). The device covers a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified.
