The ADM660ARZ-REEL7 is a CMOS switched-capacitor voltage converter (charge pump) from Analog Devices (ADI) that can invert (VOUT = -VIN) or double (VOUT = 2×VIN) the input supply voltage. Input voltages from +1.5V to +7V can be inverted to a -1.5V to -7V negative output supply, making it ideal for generating a negative rail in single-supply systems. The device requires only two small external capacitors, delivers up to 100mA output current, and achieves >90% efficiency at 50mA and >80% at 100mA. The FC pin selects 25kHz or 120kHz charge-pump operation to optimize capacitor size and quiescent current. This device is a pin-compatible upgrade for MAX660, MAX665, and ICL7660.
