The ADP151AUJZ-3.3-R7 is an ultralow noise, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator from Analog Devices (ADI), providing a fixed 3.3V output voltage and up to 200mA of output current. It operates from an input voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V, with a dropout voltage of only 135mV at 200mA load, improving efficiency and allowing operation over a wide input voltage range.
