The BGA725L6E6327 is a Silicon Germanium (SiGe) Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) from Infineon, designed for Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and built on Infineon‘s B7HF SiGe technology. It covers an operating frequency range of 1550MHz to 1615MHz, delivering 20.0dB high gain and an ultra-low noise figure of only 0.65dB, with a current consumption of just 3.6mA. Housed in an ultra-small TSLP-6-2 leadless package (footprint only 0.7 x 1.1 mm²), it operates from 1.5V to 3.6V, features an RF output internally matched to 50Ω, and requires only 1 external SMD component. It supports digital switch control (1V logic high) and provides 2kV HBM ESD protection. This device is ideal for front-end signal amplification in all GNSS systems including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo.
