The DRV8300DRGER is a 100V three-phase half-bridge gate driver from Texas Instruments (TI), designed to drive N-channel power MOSFETs in brushless DC (BLDC) and permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) applications. The device integrates three independent half-bridge drivers, supporting up to 750mA peak source current and 1.5A sink current for fast switching of power MOSFETs to reduce switching losses. This variant features the DRV8300D architecture with integrated bootstrap diodes, using external capacitors to generate the gate drive voltage for high-side MOSFETs. It supports a 5V to 20V gate drive supply (GVDD), operates from -40°C to +125°C, and is housed in a 4×4mm VQFN-24 package, available in tape & reel (3,000 pieces/reel). Key features include adjustable dead-time, cross-conduction prevention, and BST/GVDD undervoltage lockout, making it ideal for drones, power tools, robotics, industrial automation, and other three-phase motor drive applications. We supply 100% original, new products with ample stock, fast delivery, and professional technical support.
